Today, we're diving into the fascinating creative journey of a talented individual who has seamlessly bridged the worlds of jazz vocals and art. With a rich and diverse background in music and visual arts, this individual has crated a unique portfolio that offers captivating big band jazz performances and vibrant artworks.




Having started his career as a budding artist, he was acknowledged for creating uplifting and colorful artworks that evoke a sense of joy and vibrancy. His artistic journey began in the 1980s, where he pursued art studies at U.C., Berkeley Extension, and the California College of Arts and Crafts. He started exploring different art forms and participating in art shows to showcase his creative vision.

He was a hobbyist musician since his teen years. In the 1990's he pursued a BA degree in Music to enhance his musical range. He became a vocal music teacher, leader of a vocal jazz ensemble, and since 2008, vocalist and co-leader of a big band.

As part of a jazz big band, he is able to express deep appreciation for the rich traditions and captivating melodies of jazz music. Their performances are a celebration of keeping the soulful art form of jazz alive for audiences to enjoy. Looking towards the future, this individual has ambitious plans to continue sharing passion for music and art with the world. Their upcoming performances promise to be full of energy and entertainment, keeping audiences on the edge of their seats. On the art front, he intends to share uplifting and vibrant pieces that inspire joy and positivity in those who view them.
